I started my career in publishing, before moving into Pharmaceuticals and Medical devices, where I spent a decade at Amersham, a nuclear medicine business.  After 6 years with GE Healthcare, where my last role was Global Head of Quality training, I moved into the world of high-performance sport and spent the best part of a decade with UK Sport, working with leaders of Olympic and Paralympic sport, as Head of Culture and Leadership Development. I spent 12 years in HR before moving into commercial roles. A common thread throughout these roles is my enduring fascination with helping people be at their best. Since starting Conversations That Count I have worked with charities, sport NGBs, law firms, infrastructure, scientific leaders and biotech. I
