It can feel difficult to get away from the tyranny of meetings to do some decent thinking, and as for taking a break to get outside and move your body…too few of us plan this into our days.
Kill two birds with one stone and have a walk and talk coaching session. I can meet you at or near your workplace and go from there.
Or visit the Chiltern Hills for a change of scene and fit your walking coaching session with me (and my lanky dog/kangaroo hybrid may be brought along on request!) into a day hot-desking at a great co-working venue near Tring.
Alternatively, some clients like to do this with both of us walking but on the phone, so we walk and talk while physically apart but socially connected.
I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it.
